1. Copyright & Usage

• Designer Rights: Vanilla Lily Designs retains copyright over all sticker designs and graphics, both premade and custom, and may use them for promotional purposes after the sale.

• Client Rights: 

  • ​Non-Exclusive Premade Sticker Designs: Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal and business use (stickers printing only). These designs will not be exclusive to the client and may be sold to other buyers.

  • Custom Sticker Designs & Graphics: Upon full payment, the client receives an exclusive license to use the design for the intended purpose agreed upon (e.g., stickers, social media graphics, etc.), but the rights do not transfer ownership of the design. Vanilla Lily Designs retains ownership of the design and may use it for promotional purposes.

• Restrictions:

  • Clients may not resell, modify, or claim the design as their own unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

  • The design may not be used for any other products outside the scope defined in the agreement (e.g., t-shirts, posters, etc.), unless specified in the service agreement.

  • Clients may not share, redistribute, or sell the design.

  • Clients must comply with the licensing terms of any stock images or resources used in the design.

  • Clients are responsible for requesting links to licensing terms for any stock or third-party elements used in the design.

2. Allowable Changes

• Non-Exclusive Premade Sticker Designs: Limited customization is allowed (e.g., color or text changes), as specified on each product page. Major design changes will incur additional fees.

• Custom Designs: Customization can be discussed and implemented based on client needs. Any major revisions after the initial design concept is agreed upon may incur extra fees.

3. Attribution

• For promotional purposes or social sharing, a watermark must be included when sharing any design publicly. If you need a watermark to be added, please contact us directly, and we will provide one.

• If the design is shared publicly, the client must credit Vanilla Lily Designs as the creator of the design, in the form: "Design by Vanilla Lily Designs."

4. Stock Images & Licensing

• Some designs may include stock images purchased with a commercial license. It is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with the stock image's licensing agreement.

• If custom photography is required, the client must arrange and purchase it separately. The client must provide proof of licensing for any third-party resources used.

5. Payment & Refunds

• Full payment is required before any formatting work begins. No exceptions.

• No refunds will be given at any point, for any reason.

• Unused mockups or unfinished concepts may be repurposed as premade designs.

6. Cancellations & Project Suspension

• Vanilla Lily Designs reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order if:

  • The client fails to provide the necessary information or communication to complete the design.

  • There is an unreasonable demand for revisions that fall outside the agreed-upon scope.

• No refunds will be issued for canceled or suspended projects.

7. Liability & Agreement

• Vanilla Lily Designs is not responsible for any legal issues, printing errors, or financial losses arising from the use of the design. The client is responsible for ensuring the design is used appropriately and in accordance with all legal and licensing requirements.

• The client agrees to use the designs in accordance with these terms and bears responsibility for ensuring proper usage.

• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and Vanilla Lily Designs.
